Absolutely!

We have specifically designed the collection for dry hire and easy self-installation. Everything we send out comes with instructions for assembly and/or installation and guidance on how to pack everything down.

We can arrange delivery and return collection to most parts of the UK, via a boxed courier such as Royal Mail.

Everything should be returned intact and on time. Unfortunately, if you miss your return slot time, you may need to pay for a new courier collection.

If you are installing at home on plaster ceiling and walls, we would suggest using Command Ceiling Hooks.

Once the streamers arrive, you will need to arrange your layout, apply the hooks and then remove the streamers at least 24 hours before your event. This will allow the hook adhesive to cure, before rehanging and enjoying your decor.

These hooks can take 1.3kg each, so we recommend their use for streamer lengths up to 5 metres.

Please note, even with careful use, Command Hooks can still damage paintwork. We can’t accept any responsibility for such damage.

Our streamer decor looks amazing outside! Think of the amazing pops of colour they can provide hanging from trees, pop up gazebos and even from lighting poles. Why not create a full on festival entrance with one of our walk through archways on your drive…the possibilities are endless!

Most outdoor events are scheduled to avoid rain but if the pieces get wet, they need to be handled with care as the extra weight can put a strain on both the anchorage points and the streamer pieces.

Please note that if pieces need to be cleaned or dried to avoid mildew damage, an extra charge may be applicable to cover the additional time required.

We are based in Surrey, but we are able to ship our self-installation streamer decor to most parts of the UK. Return shipping will be arranged for collection after your event.

We can offer delivery and professional installation to venues in the South East, within an hour’s drive of Epsom. For larger projects, we also travel further afield. Get in touch to discuss your event.

Once your order is ready for delivery, we send it out via a standard courier, such as Royal Mail, and you take delivery just as you would for any other parcel.

Everything comes packed in plastic tote crates to protect the decor, with full instructions on how to assemble and install all the pieces.

After your event, you simple pack everything away and apply the return label (if required). During the booking process, you can opt for ‘drop off’ to your local courier location or ‘collection’ from your chosen address.

We can offer professional installation within an hour’s drive of our home studio, across London, Surrey and the South East, venturing further afield for bigger projects. Get in touch to discuss further.

This one is tricky:

• Technically it can be done, but we can’t install our pieces without secure anchorage points.

• Most venues don’t want to install permanent bolts into decorated walls and ceilings.

• There are stick-on options, but they have to be left in place to cure for at least an hour before installation of the pieces begins. This increases set up time and incurs additional costs for you.

• The stick on hooks can only take a small amount of weight, so the lengths can’t be very long or they need multiple anchor points.

• We can’t guarantee that the paint or plaster won’t be damaged on removal, and cannot accept liability for such damage.

• Due to these limitations, we generally would advise against it when hiring a venue, but if you still really want to discuss your project, feel free to get in touch.

• However, if you’re installing streamers at home, and are happy to install your own hooks or stick-on options, we’d say go for it!
